Our return policy

To Live And Dine® Branded Products

Clothes, totes, mugs, canvases, and posters must be returned in their original condition with no sign of usage.

For domestic (i.e., United States) returns, we will gladly accept all returns if the return item has a return ship date that's within 14 days of the original ship date.

For international returns, we will gladly accept them if the return item has a return ship date that's within 21 days of the original ship date.

All sales are final on digital downloads and phone cases.

Subscriptions are refunded on a prorated basis based the remaining subscription period. For example, if a request for a refund is made on the 10th of April, we will refund the remaining 20 days in April less a $5 processing fee.

Returns are refunded in the original payment method once we receive the return item.  The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. 

We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.
