大倉久和大飯店珍珠酒吧 (i.e., Pearl Lounge & Bar) is a lounge in the Okura Prestige Hotel. It’s a very classy little lounge with bar seats and sofas in Taipei, Taiwan.

The interior
The bartenders and waitresses were all very helpful and nice. In addition, they all spoke English and very professional. I stopped by here on two occasions, which was during my check-in and check-out. The only reason I came back was because I had to wait for my cousin who left me to meet some chick he met on Tinder. He was hoping to score, but he failed miserable. It serves him right to try and get some while we’re about to catch a flight to our next destination.
TLDR. I told him he was aiming too high in a short period of time. He had no way of scoring any quality chicks. He got mad at me when I told him he’s not a very good looking guy, had no game, a rescinding hairline, and no time to show off his great personality. I know. I’m such a jerk. However, full story for another time.
The Nikka selectionAnyway, the Pearl Lounge is a full bar. They mainly focus on aged Nikka whiskey, which they have on display at the bar. The age range was from 5 years to 20+ years old. The 25 year old Nikka was very smooth, but everything becomes smooth when you have enough of it.
Overall, Pearl is a great lounge to kill time and relax. It has a fine selection of Japanese whiskey and the staff was super friendly. Lastly, it’s a great place to have a couple of drinks and insult each other. I don’t know about you, but it sounds like a great time to me.
