In-N-Out is my favorite little burger joint that no one knows about. I’m EXTREMELY hesitate to write this review because I don’t want it to get crowded and have to wait in a line to get my Double Double. HOWEVER, I can’t keep a secret like TMZ.
California Drive ThrusIn-N-Out has got to be the best heat lamp burger joint in the WORLD. They have this amazing TV where they show people cooking the food. The CGI is pretty breathtaking like watching the sunset while having an asthma attack. It’s so realistic. I heard Peter Jackson, the director of Lord of the Rings, was behind the special effects. I’m pretty sure it’s a high definition Blu-ray disc that’s on repeat. It’s so realistic that you could smell the fries being fried, patties being cooked and the onions being grilled.
This was one of the saddest days of my life when I saw my neighborhood In N Out temporarily closed.The customer service is 2nd to none! The cashier actually asks you what you want to eat and there are dining tables in the restaurant. I know! It’s a pretty up scale establishment. It seriously rivals restaurants like French Laundry. I’m just shocked that no one knows about In-N-Out. What makes In-N-Out more special?!? The owner, John, puts his name and birthday on all the cups! Seriously! Look under your cup next time. You will see John 3:16.
Say hello to my little friendAnyway, let’s get down to business and talk about the food. Ok. For all you newbs, I would highly recommend you NOT going here. I don’t want your behind sitting in my chair and table. Just kidding. Just kidding about the just kidding. The Double Double is seriously the juiciest organic chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It’s amazing how the textures and flavors resemble beef. It’s even red like beef when it’s under-cooked. The freshly crisp lettuce with the nearly caramelized onions on top of the Yukon fries sprinkled with truffle salt will have any foodie wish they were the first one to discover this little fancy schmancy restaurant. It’s glorious.
There’s no weather like California weather. There’s no party like a west coast party, so book your trip now!

Summary
In-N-Out has been a Southern California staple for many years. There’s always a line at every In-N-Out in California but the wait is worth it for the greatest Chicken Sandwich in the world. It’s the cream of the crop by far.
